Copyright Misuse

Copyrights are great for protecting creative expressions, such as writing, clothing designs, images, and music.  But if what you have created is a functional idea, then a copyright will not protect it.  Copyrights protect your specific expression, not an idea or solution.  If you copyright a recipe, others can't reprint it but they are free to make it.  If you have questions about what you can and can't protect with a copyright, contact us.
